E-Z Loan Auto Sales
The Accounting Office Clerk will report directly to the Controller and work with other members of the accounting and business office. The position is expected to be Full-Time. The Accounting Clerk must possess effective language skills, basic mathematical skills, and reasoning ability including the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out multi-step written or oral instructions, deal with standardized processes with occasional or no variables, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Essential duties for this position include:
- Post Repair Orders and vendor invoices to the accounting system
- Prepare checks for payment
- Ensure accounts payable are paid in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with physical inventory of repair shop parts
