Our Loan Specialists are the core of who we are and our impressive reputation in the Western New York community. Loan Specialists are often the first and always the main point of contact and communication for potential and current clients. They provide an in-depth explanation of our program and who we are. They have the motivation to set and achieve sales goals, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily tasks would include:

• Managing inbound leads, phone calls, and walk-in traffic to qualify each customer and selling opportunity effectively.
• Gathering customer information such as income, residency and other collateral required to meet our underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to convert inquiries to sales to achieve our goals effectively.
• Cultivate current customer base to grow repeat and referral business
