Verify the accuracy of vehicle sale information and print all paperwork necessary for vehicle purchase. Process paperwork for auction and wholesalers. Verify the accuracy of vehicle delivery paperwork and submit funding documents to the bank. Balance & prepare deposits. Prepare title paperwork; purchases & sales. Assist customers via payment window and telephone.

Essential duties include:

  • Billing Deals
  • Control dealer-issued plates
  • Daily deposits
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Record inventory purchases and vehicle sales in the book of registry
  • Manage vehicle registration
  • Must maintain knowledge of all office duties to cover or assist in all dealership locations
