Work involves repairing or replacing worn or broken parts; performing preventive maintenance activities; and servicing motor vehicle equipment and related gasoline, diesel, or alternative fuel engine-powered equipment.
Responsibilities:
Moves and cleans vehicles, keep used vehicles in sound working condition and helps the Store Manager, Loan Specialists and Used-Vehicle Manager as requested. The Lot Attendant performs light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replaces windshield wiper blades, repairs or changes tires, replenishes fluids, etc.; keeps vehicles fueled; and ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are correctly displayed. Additional duties include: cleaning the driveway and sidewalks, and removing snow and debris as necessary. General Building maintenance and cleaning are required.
Our Business Development team consists of representatives in each of our three dealership locations. BDC representatives would make outbound phone calls and facilitate showroom traffic using current customer contacts and new internet inquiries. This position is designed to help customers get their questions answered quickly and effectively regarding vehicles and financing. Another major goal is setting up appointments for customers with a loan specialist to test drive and/or purchase a vehicle of interest. BDC representative responds to incoming sales inquiries with the purpose of providing excellent customer service and a steady stream of quality sales appointments for Loan Specialists.
The Accounting Office Clerk will report directly to the Controller and work with other members of the accounting and business office. The position is expected to be Full-Time. The Accounting Clerk must possess effective language skills, basic mathematical skills, and reasoning ability including the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out multi-step written or oral instructions, deal with standardized processes with occasional or no variables, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Essential duties for this position include:
Verify the accuracy of vehicle sale information and print all paperwork necessary for vehicle purchase. Process paperwork for auction and wholesalers. Verify the accuracy of vehicle delivery paperwork and submit funding documents to the bank. Balance & prepare deposits. Prepare title paperwork; purchases & sales. Assist customers via payment window and telephone.
