Current Openings

Work involves repairing or replacing worn or broken parts; performing preventive maintenance activities; and servicing motor vehicle equipment and related gasoline, diesel, or alternative fuel engine-powered equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs work outlined on repair orders with efficiency/accuracy, following dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnoses the cause of most malfunctions and performs repair
  • Communicates and works effectively with the parts department to obtain needed parts and service advisor if additional work is needed or recommended
  • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
  • Accurately documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order
  • Road tests vehicles when required
  • Maintains thorough knowledge and understanding of all information provided on manufacturer technical bulletins
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner

Moves and cleans vehicles, keep used vehicles in sound working condition and helps the Store Manager, Loan Specialists and Used-Vehicle Manager as requested. The Lot Attendant performs light maintenance on vehicles as needed, i.e., replaces windshield wiper blades, repairs or changes tires, replenishes fluids, etc.; keeps vehicles fueled; and ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are correctly displayed. Additional duties include: cleaning the driveway and sidewalks, and removing snow and debris as necessary. General Building maintenance and cleaning are required.

Our Business Development team consists of representatives in each of our three dealership locations. BDC representatives would make outbound phone calls and facilitate showroom traffic using current customer contacts and new internet inquiries. This position is designed to help customers get their questions answered quickly and effectively regarding vehicles and financing. Another major goal is setting up appointments for customers with a loan specialist to test drive and/or purchase a vehicle of interest. BDC representative responds to incoming sales inquiries with the purpose of providing excellent customer service and a steady stream of quality sales appointments for Loan Specialists.

The Accounting Office Clerk will report directly to the Controller and work with other members of the accounting and business office. The position is expected to be Full-Time. The Accounting Clerk must possess effective language skills, basic mathematical skills, and reasoning ability including the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out multi-step written or oral instructions, deal with standardized processes with occasional or no variables, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Essential duties for this position include:

  • Post Repair Orders and vendor invoices to the accounting system
  • Prepare checks for payment
  • Ensure accounts payable are paid in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with physical inventory of repair shop parts

Verify the accuracy of vehicle sale information and print all paperwork necessary for vehicle purchase. Process paperwork for auction and wholesalers. Verify the accuracy of vehicle delivery paperwork and submit funding documents to the bank. Balance & prepare deposits. Prepare title paperwork; purchases & sales. Assist customers via payment window and telephone.

Essential duties include:

  • Billing Deals
  • Control dealer-issued plates
  • Daily deposits
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Record inventory purchases and vehicle sales in the book of registry
  • Manage vehicle registration
  • Must maintain knowledge of all office duties to cover or assist in all dealership locations

Loan Specialists are often the first and always the main point of contact and communication for potential and current clients. They provide an in-depth explanation of our program and who we are. They have the motivation to set and achieve sales goals, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily tasks would include:

  • Managing inbound leads, phone calls, and walk-in traffic to qualify each customer and selling opportunity effectively.
  • Gathering customer information such as income, residency and other collateral required to meet our underwriting guidelines.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to convert inquiries to sales to achieve our goals effectively.
  • Cultivate current customer base to grow repeat and referral business
